This is the Bodyhealth TAI CHI syllabus. Only part of the syllabus is taught in class at anyone time, advanced studies are provided for senior students.
The Tai Chi Syllabus is adaptable for all from 5 to 95 from Dis-able to athletes, for relaxation to cross - training. Call for a profile.
