Terence and Isabel are qualified Tai Chi Teachers with Tai Chi Union for Great Britain, Coaching Northern Ireland, Sport Coach UK and the Governing Body for the Chinese Martial arts, all recognised By the Sports Council in Northern Ireland.
Terence is a third Duan ( Dan) under the Chinese Wushu Association of China and has competed in Wushu and Tai Chi competition in China winning 2 Gold and 1 Silver medal.
Isabel is also qualified in Tai Chi for arthritis,(Dr Paul Lam). and specilises in Tai Chi fot health.
Bodyhealth TAI CHI presents a full syllabus of Tai Chi skills which can be adapted to suit clients or student needs, for business or recreation.
