Tai Chi is an exercise system of slow, circular, controlled and theraputic movements.

Tai Chi originates from China where it is practised by people from all walks of life and levels of ability. It is a form of exercise open to everyone.

The Tai Chi Form once learned is used to promote health and reduce stress in a way that can be done by adults of any age, any time any where.

Tai Chi skills can be developed by the student into an effective lifestyle programme.
